We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental US to your home or business address. We can't deliver to post office (P.O.) boxes at this time.
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours or receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). This may vary depending on product and quantity ordered.
When your order is first placed, an email will be sent to the email address you provided within the first hour, confirming your order. You will receive a notification by email with shipping confirmation and tracking information when your order ships. Please be sure to check your spam / junk folder if you don't receive these emails.
Please allow 5-7 days for shipping.
We accept returns with a return authorization issued within 30 days from confirmed delivery date.
You must return BOTH the inner liner and outer cover in good condition. If the product is defective or damaged due to shipping upon arrival, we will replace the damaged item at our expense; otherwise the return shipping will be at your expense.
Contact our customer care department to process a return authorization for your total refunded amount. (Note: If you purchased our product through Amazon, all returns must be processed through your Amazon dashboard.)
Custom items and/or special ordered items are not eligible for return. For those items, all sales are final.
